One of the largest personal care manufacturers serving Central and Eastern Europe has chosen Radmin software to support its employees remotely and enable them to work away from the office.
Radmin has been chosen as the solution for the whole company, which employs over 300 people. Before Radmin was implemented, physical access to the computers was required in order to, for example, install software updates and so on. "We had no reliable way of meeting today's requirements to troubleshoot remote computers. Radmin simplified VelvetCare’s remote administrator tasks and gave users the opportunity to work away from their office, according to Dariusz Guzik. After Radmin was implemented, the average handling time for each tech support issue fell dramatically. There is no longer a need to physically go to a remote location every time a technical issue occurs. Employees no longer face any challenges working from home or while away on business as they always have access to their PCs from any computer.
