* Usage instructions:

Download and save the LNG_RAD file.
Copy this file to the folder where Radmin Server is installed (C:\WINDOWS\system32\rserver30\)
Start Radmin Server, choose "Settings for Radmin Server", "Options...", and select "Language".
Copy this file to the folder where Radmin Viewer is installed (C:\Program Files\Radmin Viewer 3\)
Start Radmin Viewer, choose "Tools" from the top menu and select "Language...".
