Leavitt Group implements Radmin in order to provide centralized remote control and tech support
Famatech, a world leader in remote control software development, announces that Leavitt Group has implemented Radmin in its IT infrastructure.
The IT management at Leavitt Group decided to implement remote control software to provide centralized system support for remote users and to administer a distributed structure remotely. The company has more than 1200 employees serving in multiple companies' locations spread in 14 states. The IT environment the company oversees includes Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) networks that connect over 100 sites around the country. Maintaining effective control over the company's computers and local networks was therefore of paramount importance. After testing various remote control solutions, the IT department has taken the decision to implement Radmin.
"We have tested and used many remote control products over the last few years and have had consistent issues with Windows 7 and dual monitors," says Scott Hannagan, CIO at Leavitt Group. "Radmin 3.4 was the one solution we were able to deploy effortlessly and use to support our remote users from the central help desk."
