When performing an IP scan based on a DNS name, which I use to control a remote computer behind a router with dynamic IP address, this computer is marked as dead. Still I have full control via Radmin 21.
Is this logical ?
With other computers in the same conditions I don't have this problem.
:)
DNS means your using TCP, which is being blocked by the filewall so it looks like its dead - but NetBios name resolution - now thats not TCP, so its getting through the firewall. :)
