Inconsistent results
 
I have realised that when a scan is performed using the advanced port scanner , on the same ip range at the exact same time from two different machines ( win2k server and winxp pro) , the results are inconsistent. While the winxp displays more open ports on the target system the win2k doesnt and vice versa.
Any clues ??

Try to set timeout for really big value. Tis can be due to network problems and some open ports are reported as closed becouse of wait timeout. Default port scanner configuration is set to fast LAN.
