Force view mode

I saw that with NT account security configured, users can be forced into view-only mode.

Is there any way to do this when *not* using NT security?

The client-side will be a Win98 machine, and I don't know if I can manage to get it logged into my XP pro box.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\RAdmin\v2.0\Server\Parameters\DisableTelnet
(disables Telnet mode)

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\RAdmin\v2.0\Server\Parameters\DisableFile
