I can't connect to a computer which is connecting to the internet by a hub. How can i do it?

The radmin server is tells me that the ip is 10.0.0.3
What is this? I also know the ip of the computers dsl 's internet ip...

The target computer is connected to a hub(shown by a ip like 10.0.0.3 even hub isn't connected to internet).
And hub is connected to internet by a dsl zoom 4x 5551 modem. And i know it's ip.

But i can't combine that ip with the ***** ip of 10.0.0.3

Please help me smile:(
