Radmin to secure Wi-Fi?

I would like to use Radmin while at an unsecured Wi-Fi hotspot to create an encrypted tunnel to the Internet. The idea is that I would have Radmin client on my notebook and would connect through the Wi-Fi hotspot to Radmin server on my home PC, and then back to the Internet through my home PC (with a cable modem). All communication from the hotspot would then be encrypted, at least to my home PC. Does this require additional proxy software, or can Radmin do the job itself? I will be using WinXP SP2 on both the notebook and home PC.
