I would like to confirm if RadMin v2.2 be used on My Laptop as a remote pc on a Dial-Up 56kbps Pre-paid internet connection.
Because I would like to send my Laptop in my home country Philippines and have it connected there by means of Pacific Internet Dial-Up 56 kbps pre-paid internet access and control it from my desktop here in Singapore which is connected through internet by Starhub MaxOnline
2000 kbps Cable Modem Connection.

Yes, you can use Radmin with 56kbps connection. Even if you are connected by modem, you can reach a
reasonable speed of about 5-10 screen updates per second. You will need to find out the real IP address your dial-up ISP is to assign to your laptop and connect to that IP address.
