I am a little confused with the price for helpdesk licenses.
I am considering the helpdesk solution for about 250 clients, with a few full version licenses for Helpdesk personnel. At $13 to $15 per seat, why wouldn't I just buy the Site license at $900, working out to $3.60 per seat for the full version?
Am I missing something on the terms or the prices?
Also, I think I will wait to make the purchase when 3.0 is released.
A Site license is for up to 250 users INSIDE OF 1 BUILDING AND BELONGING TO ONE COMPANY. That is why you can't use it for your customers.
Even if you purchase the product now you will be able to upgrade to version 3.0 for FREE.
