I absolutely love this program, because it gives me a great starting place, especially when dealing with a network I have never been to before. I am an IT Support technician, going to people's homes to build out a network in their new home, or fix/upgrade existing home networks.

My company is a Audio/Video installation company as well, and we install Crestron touchpanels for whole home automation. The problem is that recently, it appears that this program causes the Crestron touchpanels network cards to crash. I was hoping I could maybe get a brief description of how this program works, so that I could go to Crestron with what might be causing their panels to crash.

Does it work using the the broadcast address of the subnet?

Thanks.

Erik
