Please click "Start" -> Run -> type "cmd" and hit "Enter".
In the opened window, please type "telnet IP PORT" , where IP - is the rmote PC's IP address and PORT - is Radmin's port (4899 by default) and press "Enter".
What Radmin version do you use? Please create a ticket http://support.radmin.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit/RenderForm/3 and send us a screenshot of error you are getting. And do have 2+ displays on Radmin server side?

We are aware that mobile version is highly required and that our users want it.
ETA isnít available yet, but we plan to release it shortly after Radmin 4.x release, which official ETA isnít available too, but I can suggest that it is 1-1.5 year
In order to solve this problems you can:
1) Try to reduce hardware acceleration and/or desible overlay from server side.
2) Microsoft fixed this issue in Windows 8, so you could upgrade your OS if that is possible for you.
3) Some videoplayers could skip overlay and hardware acceleration, so you could change your videoplayer to avoid this issue.
Radmin license is hardware bound and the can`t be transfered. But if PCs with Radmin in them are being replaced or died you will have to send us a letter on a letterhead of your organization which confirms the fact that a certain number of your workstations were decommissioned/upgraded and you need to get those licenses back. In that letter you will have to specify the number of licenses lost as it is possible to restore only the lost licenses, not to reset the whole license key. After that all you have to do is sign this letter, scan it and send it to us. Thatís all we require.
