We provide our registered users with the automated help desk service.
All your support requests are registered and assigned a unique identifier.
In the support request form you can describe your problem, set its criticality level,
attach an image (e.g. screenshot that illustrates the error). You will receive the reply
from our specialists shortly. A copy of the reply will be sent to the e-mail address that
you specified when registering. If you are not satisfied with the answer or if you need some
additional information on the problem, you can continue the discussion. You can monitor how
your request is processed by e-mail messages or with the Help desk web interface.
We appreciate your opinion on the quality of our Help desk service. Please evaluate
the received answer after the ticket is closed: completeness and adequacy of the solution, etc.
