Famatech makes it easy to get the support you need for your Radmin software. Whatever problem you're experiencing, or question you may have: our expert technicians are here to provide the solutions you need.

Famatech supplies our customers with telephone and email technical support assistance for a term of one full year with a quantity of supported incidents depending on the following Support Packages purchased:

Silver Phone Support Package 6 incidents $200 for 2 years Order Online
Gold Phone Support Package unlimited numbers of incidents $600 for 2 years Order Online

After purchasing a Support Package, your Package ID and Radmin Voice support contacts will be e-mailed to you. You can reach us by phone, by Skype, by e-mail and online. Please be ready to provide your Package ID and registration email when calling Radmin support.

Telephone support is available Monday through Friday:
  • Eastern Standard Time from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
  • Central European Time from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
