Radmin is a universal remote PC access solution
Radmin fulfills a wide range of tasks. The survey has shown that many respondents use Radmin for more than one purpose. Of the total number of interviewees, 71% use Radmin for network management and 58% use it for remote user helpdesk servicing. About a half of all users use Radmin to access their office PCs from home. A considerable amount (15%) use Radmin software for distance education.

Although the largest group that uses Radmin remote control is system administrators (47%), Radmin is very popular among IT consultants, middle managers and top executives. Significantly, system administrators who took part in this survey stated that they are decision makers when purchasing software.

Answers to the question “How many employees work in your company?” show that Radmin is used in companies of all sizes. Our current clients represent all categories: from the smallest companies with only 1-9 employees (25%), through medium, to the largest corporations with over 1000 employees (13%).

Application of Radmin in different industries
Radmin is being used in organizations of almost all business spheres and industries. No matter whether a company is selling goods, providing services, or developing software, almost all companies have computers: workstations and servers connecting them to a LAN. Nearly all staff members can find a use for Radmin, for instance: system administrators need to manage the computer base of the company remotely, managers need to access their office PCs during business trips, etc.

Answers to the question “How long have you been using Radmin?” are evidence of Radmin’s high quality. There are many old users who have been using Radmin for years (60%) and there is a considerable number of recent users (22%). These two categories bracket the number (18%) of those who are using Radmin for months. Quite clearly, Radmin users are extremely loyal.
